Engineering workshop assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with goods in/out.

• Support the main team with daily tasks.

• Cutting of materials required for customer orders.

• Drilling, Deburring, Grinding & Preparing work for final finishes.

• Learn about our products and assist with manufacture of items.

• In-house training will be provided on the setting and operating of certain machinery.

A keen interest in the engineering sector will be favourable. Would suit a young school/college leaver - over 18 only.

​

Hourly Rate - Will be age/experience dependant and will be discussed in an interview.

​

Full time - 40 hours per week. (Mon-Thurs: 7am-4pm + Fri: 7am-1pm) - overtime will be available during busier periods.

Handyman / Driver.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicle for deliveries, pickups, and errands.

• Assist with loading and unloading of goods, including heavy lifting when necessary.

• Cleaning and tidying areas within the building regularly including the workshop, toilets and kitchen.

• General Groundskeeping including Weeding and keeping the exterior of the building tidy.

• Other duties may include assisting in the workshop (during busier periods) - This will be discussed upon an interview.

Part time hours - Mon & Weds; 8am-4pm and Fri: 8am - 1pm

​

Applicant must be over 30 years of age due to vehicle insurance.
